Shipping & Delivery

1. Do you ship to my country?

Yes. We ship to most countries worldwide, including the United States, Europe, Canada, Australia, and many other regions.
Some remote islands may be excluded. If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, please feel free to contact us for confirmation.


2. How long does delivery take?

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

  • Processing Time: 3–7 business days

  • Shipping Time:

    • United States: 15–20 business days

    • Rest of the World: 15–20 business days

Shipping time is estimated from the date your order is shipped (not the order date). Delays may occur due to customs clearance, incorrect address information, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees vary by destination and order value.
We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $89.

Shipping Rates by Region:

🇺🇸 United States / Canada / Australia

  • Free Shipping on orders $89+

  • Standard Shipping: $9.99

🇪🇺 Europe (France, Germany, etc.) 

  • Free Shipping on orders $89+

  • Standard Shipping: $8.99

🌍 Other Countries

  • Free Shipping on orders $89+

  • Standard Shipping: $12.99

The exact shipping fee will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
You can track your order via the “Track My Order” page using your tracking number.

Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to become active.


5. Order Cancellation

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours after payment.
Once the order has entered production or shipping, it can no longer be canceled.


6. Unclaimed or Undeliverable Orders

We are not responsible for packages returned due to refusal, unclaimed delivery, or incorrect/insufficient address information provided by the customer.


7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Customs duties, import taxes, and other fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Please check with your local customs office for details.
In rare cases, customs inspections may cause delivery delays.


8. Separate Packages

Orders may be shipped in multiple packages due to:

  • Items being shipped from different locations

  • Weight or size restrictions imposed by carriers

You will receive tracking information for each package if applicable.


Returns & Exchanges

9. Returns & Exchanges Policy

  • Customized items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once production has started.

  • Non-customized items may be returned within 30 days of the original shipping date, provided they are unused and in original packaging.

To request a return or exchange, please contact our customer service first.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) services.


Important Notes

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by holidays, extreme weather, natural disasters, or carrier issues.

  • Holidays are not counted as business days.

  • During peak seasons, delays may occur due to high order volume or inventory adjustments.
